This Privacy Policy describes how Transcend Strategy Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information from users (“you” or “User”) of the Hospice Growth Lab platform at hospicegrowthlab.com (the “Platform”). This policy applies to the Platform and all content, courses and services offered through it.
By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register for an account, purchase a membership, contact us or otherwise interact with the Platform. This may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Job title and organization
- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store payment card data)
You may visit certain public areas of the Platform without providing personal information. However, access to paid content requires registration and membership.
Non-Personal Information
We may automatically collect non-personal information when you interact with the Platform, including browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs and general usage data. This information helps us understand how the Platform is used and improve the experience for all members.
Cookies
The Platform uses cookies to enhance your experience, maintain your login session, and support analytics. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some Platform features may not function properly if you do. See Section 5 for details on analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Account management: To create and manage your membership, process payments, and provide access to Platform content appropriate to your membership tier.
- Course delivery: To track your progress through the Orientation Course, The Lab and other learning content so the Platform can serve you the right content at the right time.
- Customer support: To respond to your questions, support requests and account inquiries.
- Platform improvement: To understand how members use the Platform and make ongoing improvements to content and functionality.
- Communications: To send transactional emails related to your account (purchase confirmation, membership expiry reminders, course completion certificates) and, where you have opted in, marketing communications about Platform updates and new content.
- Marketing automation: To nurture prospective members with relevant content based on their interactions with our website and emails (see Section 4).
3. How We Protect Your Information
We use industry-standard data collection, storage and processing practices to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains PCI-compliant infrastructure – we never store credit card numbers on our servers.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Please do not share your password with anyone. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following trusted third-party providers to operate the Platform. Your data is shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the services described, and each is contractually obligated to protect your data.
Stripe (Payments)
Stripe processes all membership payments on our behalf. Your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe operates under its own PCI-compliant security standards. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
SendGrid / WP Mail SMTP (Transactional Email)
We use SendGrid to deliver transactional emails including purchase confirmations, membership expiry reminders and course completion notifications. Privacy policy: sendgrid.com/policies/privacy
Act-On Software (Marketing Automation)
We use Act-On to automate marketing communications and nurture prospective members with relevant content. Act-On may track the following activities for contacts who have provided us with their information:
- Email open and click-through rates
- Web sessions and pages visited on hospicegrowthlab.com
- Content accessed or downloaded
Your data is only shared with Act-On if you have voluntarily provided it to us. No sensitive personal data is shared with Act-On. You may opt out of Act-On tracking by instructing your browser to refuse all cookies and by not submitting personal information through the Platform. Privacy policy: act-on.com/privacy-policy
Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (Analytics)
We use Google Analytics (deployed via Google Tag Manager, container GTM-WQCRZFDH) to collect aggregated usage data about how visitors interact with the Platform. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve Platform performance and content. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
LinkedIn (Lead Generation)
When you submit a lead generation form through one of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and job title as pre-populated by LinkedIn upon your consent. This information is used solely to follow up on your expressed interest in Hospice Growth Lab. We will not sell or rent this information to unaffiliated third parties. 5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable data with business partners or for analytical purposes. We share personal information with third-party service providers only as described in Section 4 and only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.
We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Transcend Strategy Group or others.
6. Email Communications
We use your email address to send transactional messages related to your account and membership. If you opt in to marketing communications, you may receive emails about Platform updates, new content and related resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. 7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time

The Platform is intended for professional adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered members by email. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
